Elastoplast Wound Spray is designed for the antiseptic cleansing of minor wounds such as cuts, grazes, first-degree burns, minor second-degree burns, and open blisters. It may also be used for chronic wounds and post-surgical care, following your healthcare provider’s guidance.
How does Elastoplast Wound Spray work?
Elastoplast Wound Spray provides fast, pain-free* cleansing to help protect wounds from infection. Its colourless formula is easy to apply and works even when sprayed upside down.
Is Elastoplast Wound Spray safe for pregnant women or children?
Yes, the spray is dermatologically tested and gentle on the skin. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or wish to use it on children under 2 years of age, please consult your doctor first.

Does Elastoplast Wound Spray contain alcohol or iodine?
No. Elastoplast Wound Spray is free from alcohol and iodine. It’s gentle, colourless, and doesn’t cause stinging or burning when applied.
How do I use Elastoplast Wound Spray?
Once bleeding is under control, spray the wound from approximately 10cm away to cover the entire area. Allow the wound to dry before applying a dressing or plaster.
If a dressing is stuck to the wound, moisten it with the spray to ease removal.
